The
Creative Designer
will have the opportunity to work closely with experts in content, paid media, email, and video.
Your designs will turn ideas into eye-catching ads, smooth landing pages, and scroll-stopping social posts.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with smart design choices, working fast, and improving with feedback.
What you'll get to do:
Turn campaign ideas into strong visual stories—from static social ads to full landing page flows Design pages using reusable layouts and tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Instapage, and HubSpot Create social ad designs for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn (static and animated) Use good layout, color, and typography to make things clean, sharp, and effective Build and improve design systems, templates, and reusable assets Support social content and campaigns (Reels covers, thumbnails, carousels, memes — anything that moves) Make internal decks and graphics with visible results Work with developers and marketing teams to move fast and make things better Use data and instincts to test designs and make them work even harder What we are looking for:
Strong skills in Figma—layouts, components, variants, libraries 3–5 years of experience in creative or marketing design A portfolio that shows ads and pages that performed well Understanding of what makes a design convert—page flow, CTAs, layout logic Creative eye and sharp attention to detail Experience with design tools like Framer, Webflow, Instapage, or HubSpot CMS Easy to work with across teams—especially performance and content Self-starter who can manage timelines and get work done without constant direction Bonus Skills:
Basic HTML/CSS Experience with UK-based brands Tested and improved performance ads over time Expected Behaviours:
