Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow QA Consultant (Entry-Level / Experienced QA).

The QA Consultant will be responsible for quality assurance, quality control, executing test scripts, developing and maintaining test cases, client-related documentations delivery and quality management.

The Consultant will also work closely with the development team and client to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in QA, testing, or related IT field (manual or automation).

  • Strong analytical, English communication, and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with ITSM, workflow-based tools, or test management systems is a plus.

  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification or ServiceNow exposure is highly preferred.

  • Quick learner with a passion for enterprise platforms and process automation.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Key Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow QA Consultant, you will:

  • Work closely with consultants and developers to understand business requirements and solution design.

  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for ServiceNow modules.

  • Validate workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, and integrations for accuracy and stability.

  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate feedback with clients and delivery teams.

  • Document and track defects using structured QA methodologies and tools.

  • Contribute to automation of testing where feasible (Flow Designer, ATF, or similar).

  • Ensure quality standards, data accuracy, and process consistency across all platform configurations.

  • Participate in training, certifications, and internal QA knowledge-sharing sessions.
