In this role, you will lead the creation of intuitive and visually compelling web and mobile interfaces that significantly enhance the user experience across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gain insights into behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design solutions.
- Design responsive and adaptive interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Promote accessibility and inclusivity in all design deliverables.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in interaction design and information architecture.
- Basic familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
- Ability to translate user research and insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience with Angular or React frameworks is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience for mid-level roles;
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, detailing design process and outcomes.
