We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to build, update, and manage websites for multiple businesses across different industries, including a print shop, a private office of motor vehicles business, and the company's brand.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in website design, development, and ongoing site management, with the ability to deliver user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional websites that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Website Development:
- Create a brand-new website for a print shop, ensuring a professional design, intuitive navigation, and e-commerce readiness if necessary.
- Create a website for a private office of motor vehicles business, focusing on streamlined service information, customer appointment booking, and compliance with state requirements.
Website Management & Updates:
- Update and manage the existing Ship Happens site to maintain functionality, improve design, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and optimise for speed, security, and SEO.
Design & Branding:
- Align website design with each business's branding and marketing goals.
- Ensure all websites are mobile-friendly and responsive.
Technical Maintenance:
- Manage hosting, domains, and email integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues quickly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with management to gather requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.
- Provide recommendations for improvements, new features, and digital marketing integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, forms, chat support)
Must Haves
- Proven experience in web development and management.
- Proficiency in platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and site optimisation.
- Experience with integrating payment gateways, booking systems, and contact forms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
