Job Description
- Investigating and resolving issues like a pro! From failed orders to missing tracking IDs and product quality concerns, you'll tackle them head-on, swiftly and effectively.
- Be the linchpin in our cross-functional collaborations! Work closely with departments such as Logistics, Supply and Settlements, ensuring seamless issue resolution and top-notch customer service.
- Get ready to be the friendly face (or voice) of our brand! Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, infusing every interaction with our signature blend of friendliness, fun, and honesty.
