This role involves collaborating with various functions within operations such as demand planning, GPD, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.Main Accountabilities:Delivering the required service level.Responsible for managing stocks in line with the target.Continuous improvement of supplier reliability and service.Key Responsibilities:Order/Service ManagementValidate net requirements and raise orders to suppliers.Timely (daily/weekly) with suppliers and logistics to ensure production/shipment are executed as per plan.Review top supply related losses and identify a root cause for each.Work effectively with suppliers to resolve supply issues and minimize impact on business.Weekly review of current stock levels vs demand (target).Suggest/follow-up on an action plan that would elliminate excess stocks by influencingdemand/supply.Constant lookout throughout the supply chain for opportunities that imporves service and stocks (reduce lead times, minimize MOQ, direct shipments etc).QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required.4-6 years of SML or related experience.Additional InformationGood analystical and problem solvingGood Communication and interpersonal skillsTeamplayer and commitmentERP knowledge (Oracle/SAP)Report prepaeration.Knowldge of TPM/Continues improvement tools and techniques added advantage.
