The Role
Establishing business goals and objectives
Developing high quality business strategies and plans
Managing company operations
Driving business efficiency and profitability
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Designing business plans aligned with Company's strategy
Working with stakeholders to roll out business plans effectively
Ideal Profile
You have at least 16 years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services, Utilities, and Real Estate. You are a change agent with strong skills in driving change programs. Possessing excellent communication and business-facing skills, you are organized, able to multi-task effectively, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. You are a strong networker and relationship builder, willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
