CorporateRecordsManagement: · Maintainthenetwork'sstatutoryregistersandcorporaterecords,ensuringtheyareup-to-dateandaccessible. · Overseedocumentmanagement,recordkeeping,andarchivingofimportantcorporatedocuments. 5. RegulatoryReporting: · Prepareandsubmitstatutoryandregulatoryreportstotherelevantauthoritiesincompliance with Pakistanihealthcareregulations. · Ensurethatallregulatorydeadlinesaremet. 6. ContractsandAgreements: · Review,draft,andnegotiatecontracts,agreements,andlegaldocumentsonbehalfofthenetwork. · Ensurethatallcontractsareinthenetwork'sbestinterestandcompliantwithapplicable 7. ComplianceAudits: · Coordinateinternalandexternalaudits,includingfinancial,operational,andcomplianceaudits. · Developandimplementremedialactionsbasedonauditfindings. 8. PolicyDevelopment: · Develop,review,andmaintaintheIHHN’spoliciesandprocedures,ensuringalignmentwithlegal andregulatoryrequirements. 9. RiskManagement: · Collaboratewiththemanagementteamtoidentifyandmanagelegalandoperational risks. Certification & Skills: · Membership with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Managers orsimilarprofessionalbodyispreferred. · I n-depthknowledgeofcorporategovernanceprinciplesandlegalcomplianceinPakistan. · Excellentunderstandingofhealthcareregulationsandlawsgoverninghospitaloperations. · Strongcommunication,negotiation,andpresentationskills. · Detail-oriented,organized,andabletomanagemultipletaskssimultaneously. · Astrongethicalcompassandcommitmenttomaintainingconfidentialityandintegrity.
