Support Business Heads in develop business development activities/schemes.
Plan, develop and execute marketing campaign for business development activities/schemes.
Design printing material (Advertisement, bill board, banner etc) and ensure timely delivery of materials as targeted locations.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Engage in reviewing competitors activities.
Liaison with designers & printers
Maintain and update customer database.
Organize and events such as Lucky draws, Annual conferences, Exhibitions, sourcing sponsorship etc.
Conduct market research.
Evaluate marketing campaign
Social Media:
Managing social Media Marketing strategy.
Develop ideas and produce creative content across platforms.
Create marketing campaign and execute all campaign on social media.
Manage a blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread work about the company.
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Job SpecificationRequired Experience:
Aminimum of 2 to 3 yearsExperience specially in social Media and BTL, (ATL experience will be given added advantage)
Required Skills:
Good oral & written communication skills are essential, plus the ability to analyze information & make recommendations
Decisive: Capable of delivering quick solutions to the marketing troubles
Excellent in Graphics designing
Experience of delivering high quality print and Digital Marketing campaigns would be an advantage.
Strong sales support and project management, leadership and training skills.
