Position details:The position is responsible for successful order execution of assigned customers through effective and efficient communication with customer and internal departments. Ensuring all inputs in internal systems, securing customer approvals on time and ensuring timely availability of packaging to the operations. Ensure all customer orders are executed as per customer’s requirement to maintain healthy and long term relationship with the customers within the limits of top management directives, standard S&M department’s operating procedures and customers’ requirements.Responsibilities:Ensures compliance on TRO, CRO, and replenished stock utilization by shipment orders.Ensures timely updates of internal system (Fast React, HOMS, etc.Ascertains accurate forecast calculation of customer orders.Checks and follow-ups with the PPC, Production, and QA with rigorous coordination and raises red flags for any potential delays.Updates and accommodates any changes raised by the customers regarding the product and Secures customer approvals.Coordinates and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.Suggests workable solutions to overcome delays and get all post-order lab tests done.Manages all shipment-related tasks to ensure on-time shipment and ensures customer portal management.Assists in all audits & inspection activities to respective teams.Arrange in time packaging by packaging artwork approvals.
