Candidate must have experience in dealing with Tours for all major destinations. Having strong knowledge of Managing tour packages domestic/internationally and Umrah Packages.
Job Description
Determining clients' requirements for travel, accommodation and special interests
Suggesting itineraries based on available travel routes and cost, availability and convenience of transport
Making and confirming travel and accommodation reservations and informing clients of plain connections and hotels
Notifying clients of travel dates, baggage limits, and medical and visa requirements
Providing information on tourist attractions and tour availability
Collecting payments and issuing clients' itineraries, relevant documentation, tickets for travel and vouchers for accommodation
Providing information on travel insurance, relevant local/legal regulations such as customs regulations,
Answering inquiries from tourists and corporate clients and offering suggestions about tours, travel routes, accommodation and local customs
Job SpecificationRequirements:
At-least Intermediate or Bachelors Preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Must be familiar with Basic Tariff and Ticketing
Hands on experience on Galileo and Sabre reservations systems
Knowledge and experience of Tours Selling, Visas and Hotels Worldwide
