To conduct interviews of candidates and help management select the best candidates
To prepare and issue all HR related documents including appointment letters, promotion letters, increment letters, warning letters and transfer letters to all employees
Responsible for the procedure of termination of employees within the legal frame work
To develop incentive and reward plans to gear up good morale
To conduct annual performance reviews of employees
To manage/look after EOBI (Employees Old-Age Benefit Institution), PESSI (Punjab Social Security Institution, Workers Welfare Board, Labour Office and other government departments
Coordinate and conducts training on human resource program-related policies and issues whenever required
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and collect/evaluate training feedbacks whenever required
Coordinate in-house & out-house Training Courses/workshops whenever required
Maintain training records /training provided HR Manager/Officer will conduct orientation/socialization programs for new employees to make sure that new hire programs are carefully planned to educate the employee about the values, history and who is who in the organization and to develop realistic job expectations, positive attitudes and job satisfaction
To resolve inter department problems to improve upon efficiency & office decorum
Additional Responsibility - Head Office Administration
To monitor/supervise proper provisions of office furniture & fixture and safety/security measures
To take immediate & appropriate action against the persons / employees responsible for damaging the assets and goodwill of the company
To monitor and control the admin expenses within the budgetary provisions
To manage Stationery Requirements for all employees of Head Office
Company car fleet management including month-wise record of Log sheets, tracking, fueling, repairs and misuse of vehicles if any
To handle health/vehicle insurance claims/issues and complete all necessary documentation
To handle all complaints/issues regarding gas, water, electricity, telephones, mobiles, faxes, telephone exchanges in Head Office
Responsible for janitorial services/cleanliness of the office and Health and Safety of the employees
To achieve and maintain High Standard of Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction in a manner that is superior to any by a wide-margin and to become the leader amongst gases manufacturers.
