MicroAgility Services ensures that our employees continue to receive the best possible training and development.Role Summary:We are seeking a dynamic International Recruitment Executive, who can handle staffing requirements specifically for Healthcare industry like Nurses, Personal Support Workers (PSW), and Pharmacists. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.If you are passionate about driving a fast-growing agile business, then MicroAgility Services (Pvt) ltd is looking for you!Responsibilities:Understand the job descriptions of assigned position thoroughly with complete information of timelineSource potential candidates on different platforms, like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media Groups and etc.Search relevant candidates from Canada through all available sourcesApproach the required consultants/candidates and increasing the pool of candidatesMaintain the internal database properlyPerform screening calls to analyze applicants abilitiesInterview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)Conduct technical interview, negotiation on rate/compensation and location preferences with potential consultants/candidates, and finalize terms & conditions with them.To Qualify You Will Need:Must be comfortable in timings from 04:30 PM to 01:30 AMPrevious HR/management experience in Healthcare sector is preferredBachelor’s Degree (HR) from HEC recognized UniversityAt least 06 Months-1 Years of experience in similar roleA positive “can-do” approach, resilience, with strong organization skillsHands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and VOIP structured)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databasesSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search skills/techniques)Fluent English- writing and verbalGlobal recruiting experience - advantagePerks of Joining Our Team:Market Competitive SalaryMedical Health InsuranceLife InsuranceEOBILead / Placement IncentivesAnnual Increment and Performance Bonus16 paid leavesAnnual vocationsPick and Drop for females (Within Islamabad)#J-18808-Ljbffr
