Position Objective Key Responsibilities Lead the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goalsCollaborate with senior leadership to understand and anticipate talent needsOversee the complete recruitment life cycle, including developing job descriptions, crafting compelling job posts, Screening, interview scheduling and arrangements, approval process management, and extending offer lettersLiaise with functional and operational managers to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment with the overall human resource strategyContribute to the organization’s international recruitment efforts, collaborating with teams to attract top talent globallyEngage with headhunters, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to swiftly source high-quality candidatesEnhance and promote the employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry eventsDevelop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processLeverage innovative recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment capabilitiesProvide mentorship and supervision to the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth and development Location Lahore Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
