TSO (Territory Sales Officer)
Aziz Group of Companies, PakistanThis position is accountable for developing and selling Agriculture (Pesticides, Seeds, Fertilizers) related products and services to current as well as potential customers / prospects.
Generate incremental business and overachieve segment sales forecast on monthly and yearly basis.

Develop and maintain good customer / prospect records and customer relations.
Develop new accounts / customers through prospect calls and identification of new sales prospects and applications.
Extensive job site demonstration of our products including technical supports
Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures as they apply to this position
Responsible for 100% collection of territory A/R.
Timely reporting to the Sales Manager on daily call plan/report, weekly/monthly business plan, and key job-site/project reports assigned by management.
Maintain and develop on site customer relationships to create loyal fans.
Maintain & Develop projects database & achieve penetration targets
Mentor new hires & provide coverage for team mates when necessary.
